Our Region
Our olive oil is produced in north-western Greece, in the unspoiled landscapes of Epirus, a region known for its mountains, ancient olive groves, and proximity to the Ionian Sea.
This land is shaped by ancient olive groves, a mild Mediterranean climate, and mineral-rich soils.
Cool winters and sun-filled summers create ideal conditions for olives of exceptional freshness and intensity. Here, olive growing is not industrial- it is a tradition passed down through generations, where respect for nature defines the final quality.

Our Process
From harvest to bottling, every step of our production is carefully controlled.
The olives are hand-harvested at optimal ripeness and transported immediately to the mill. Cold extraction is carried out within hours to preserve freshness, aromas, and nutritional value.
No chemical treatments. No shortcuts.
Our oil is produced in small batches, ensuring full traceability and consistent quality. Each harvest reflects the character of the year, the climate, and the land—making every vintage unique.
This is not mass production. It is craftsmanship.

Tasting Notes
Our extra virgin olive oil offers a balanced and elegant profile:
-
Fresh green aromas
-
Notes of fresh herbs and green almond
-
A mild bitterness and gentle peppery finish, characteristic of high-quality early harvest oils
Well-structured yet smooth, it is designed to enhance food rather than overpower it.

Our Philosophy
We believe great olive oil should be honest, transparent, and respectful of its origin.
No exaggerated claims.
No artificial refinement.
Just olives, land, and time.
Each bottle represents a single harvest, a specific place, and a clear commitment to quality.
How to enjoy it
The simplest way to appreciate a premium olive oil is also the most authentic.
Drizzle it over fresh bread, add a pinch of sea salt, and a touch of dried oregano. Nothing more.
This tasting reveals the oil’s true character—its freshness, bitterness, and aromatic intensity.
Equally perfect on grilled vegetables, raw fish, salads, or to finish warm dishes just before serving.
